Paso Robles, CA...Innovation Management Group, Inc. (IMG), the leading publisher of virtual on-screen keyboard and pointing device utilities, today announced that CSX, the leading supplier of rail-based freight transportation in North America, is on board with IMG’s newest technology tool – My-T-Soft Build-A-Board – to transform the way it runs its railroads.

Because the My-T-Soft Build-A-Board system has a unique capability to cross multiple platforms such as Windows, Linux and Mac OS, the railroad company is able to seamlessly customize all of its touch-based technology. It has the ability to script commands with as few as one or two buttons and perform an entire background of sequences through any variation of text, fonts, images and sounds. Its common user interface works across multiple platforms and on any pen, tablet, touch screen, and/or rugged touch based device.

CSX is using the My-T-Soft Build-A-Board system on all its ruggedized devices, (Panasonic, Armor, Hammerhead, GTech, TK Research) in all of its locomotives to provide a one-stop solution.

Unlike software that must be written into an application, My-T-Soft is a tool that runs across numerous applications at the system’s lowest secure level, any place, any where. This gives the end users’ technology team the ability to customize and secure its operations. It also eliminates the need for external keyboards and multiple user input screens that differ across various systems.

The My-T-Soft Build-A-Board license was purchased by Zones Corporation Solutions, a Panasonic reseller, to provide CSX with a solution to simplify complex software systems for all its ruggedized devices.

As the world standard of onscreen keyboard and pointing device utility software since 1995, IMG’s My-T-Soft family of products help run some of the most advanced and critical systems used throughout the world.
